METALLICA and HIBRIA in Brazil: HIBRIA has been confirmed to open METALLICA's concert in Porto Alegre/Brazil

Band's comments: "We thank the fans and companies Opinião and Time for Fun, in charge for METALLICA's concert in Porto Alegre, for supporting HIBRIA as the openning act in this event. Last year, 2009, was special for us. We had our first tour in North America and Asia, and after, we played at Loud Park (www.loudpark.com) on the same stage as Judas Priest. Besides that, the band opened for Megadeth in Nagoya, and yesterday we received the great news that we will support METALLICA at their concert in our hometown, Porto Alegre/Brazil in a few days. In all the events we played last year, we accomplished the dream of playing with those bands as musicians and mainly as fans, since we have followed the bands since we were teenagers and they are part of our influences. In Porto Alegre, it will be the first time we open for a foreign band and we believe that many fans of HIBRIA and Metal are sharing with us all around the world this great fact, mainly the ones who have followed the band along the years, when we were just good friends playing Metal songs around our hometown. From the bottom of our Metal Hearts, we thank each one of you who has been supporting HIBRIA through the years!!! Let's bang our heads for Metal on January 28th!!!"
